10 players: 8 forwards & 2 backs from RESOLUTION Impala Saracens have been selected to the provisional Kenya XV – Simbas squad.
The players who have put in quite a shift in the past 9 weeks in the top flight Kenya Cup League will now square it out with other 50 players from different clubs beginning this Sunday – 5th February 2017.
Vincent Mose, the fullback who featured for the Simbas in the 2016 season has been excluded from the provisional squad. The experienced full back is currently in Uganda working at the Resolution Insurance office and is currently enjoying top form at Heathens.
Samuel Motari and Robert Aringo, who also featured for the team in 2016 have been excluded from the provisional team after their call ups to Kenya 7s. Motari who got injured 6 months and 2 weeks ago has since got back to playing. Robert Aringo has not regained full fitness from back related pain.
Anthony Orege, James Kubasu & Paul Mutsami are receiving their first ever Simba XV call ups. It will be more than elating to see them make it to the final squad.
