ESS Semis: Impala lines up charges to face KCB Cubs
KV

The Resolution Impala Saracens Boks technical bench has named its match day 23 to face KCB CUBs in a match that will determine who enters the 2018/19 ESS final to be played on the same day the Kenya Cup final – 18th April 2019.

Emmanuel Otieno & Martin Munyua retain their starting loose-head and tight-head prop starting positions. Kenneth Murangiri, who started the last time the Boks were involved in competitive rugby will start from the bench. An experienced Collins Chogo will start in his position. Wholesome changes have been made to the second row. While Edwin Gatungo & Shem Joseph started in the previous quarter-final match against Top Fry Nakuru, their positions have been taken up by former Kenya International – Paul Oimbo & Current Kenya U20 international – Frank Aduda. Evans Omondi, Elvis Oroko & Valentino Cosmas continue their partnership in the back-row. The Bernard Rotich-Lewa Lionel combo has been retained to link the forwards to the backs. Hannington Mmbaka retains his starting inside centre jersey. Daniel Dindi who started at outside centre on 27th April 2019 will start from the bench. Sidney Chacha has been offered the nod to wear the number 13 jersey. Only one change has been made to the back-three. Steve Keter starts on the right wing, in place of Edmund Anya, who is busy with the Kenya National 7s team.
