RESOLUTION Impala Saracens have only changed a hooker.
Kelvins Karani for Daniel Ndome, for the clash against Menengai Cream Homeboyz, from their squad victorious 29-14 over Strathmore last weekend.
“The Karani change is just a tactical change. Everyone on the team is capable of starting or finishing on any match day,” says Impala Saracens Director of Rugby, Fred Ollows.
“A Homeboyz match is one of the matches we look forward to. Over the last two seasons they have been pretty close, the last one, a three points difference in an 81 point match!
They love a physical approach and have some exciting athletes. Our boys are much hungrier this time round, will embrace the challenge and introduce our own approach”
In an explosive last encounter, on November 26 last year, Impala endured two yellow cards – from Ndome and lock Simon Muniafu – and a late rally from the DJs to win 42-39.
The Sarries currently sit fourth on the log, with 25 points, having won five of six matches, five bonus points and a match at hand against Nondescripts RUFC.
Homeboyz are just under Impala, at fifth, with 23 points garnered from four wins, three losses and seven bonus points.
Homeboyz have come from a morale boosting 15-10 win against Sportpesa Quins, ending their unbeaten record, last weekend.
