After posting a fired up start to the 2016-17 league season last weekend against Nondies, Resolution Impala Saracens are stoked up to continuing impressive performance this weekend. The team, which comfortably beat Nondescripts RUFC 37-22 to retaining the Samson Odhiambo (Chums) memorial trophy, will be stopping at nothing but better margins over the weekend.
Props Edgar Obino & Anthony Orege start from the bench and their positions rightfully taken up by James Kubasu & Dennis Karani, who both started off the bench last weekend. Erick Kerre starts at lock, pushing last weekend’s starting 5 – Rainer Omondi to the bench. Joel Omer starts at blindside flank and Steve Shammah gets promoted from the ESS side to starting at 7. Samson Onsomu receives the starting scrumhalf jersey as Mohammed Omollo starts from the bench. A new inside – outside centre pairing has been chosen to start. David Dinda sits on the bench while Leon Adongo doesn’t receive the nod. George Okowa & Kevin Ochami effortlessly fill their positions. Mark Kwemoi who started from the bench last weekend earns the starting fullback jersey.
