Stanbic Mwamba RFC reached Floodies Plate final after beating Kenya Cup rivals Nondies 25-3 on Saturday October 20, 2018 at Impala Club.
The two sides tied 3-3 at the interval before Mwamba came back to 22 points and sailed through to the final.
Martin Juma converted Nondies’ sole penalty with Mwamba slotting in four tries, two conversions and two penalties. Nondies missed two penalties each on either half.
Ken Okwado, Brian Kivasia bagged a double with Collins Injera handing Ken Okwado a chance to land Mwamba’s third and final try.
Mwamba will take on either Quins or Nakuru in next week’s Plate final as the two square out in the second semi.
