Since Resolution Kisii will not be bringing an ESS side to Nairobi this Saturday 13th January 2018, the technical bench has identified a wonderful opportunity for gaining match fitness in a friendly match. The Resolution Impala Saracens Boks will be seeking to gauge the post Christmas break training efficacy when they go against Mwamba RFC II at the Railway Club from 2pm.
Both teams have already played each other this season. Impala sneaked a 17-15 win on 2nd Dec 2017. If action within the match & the full time score are anything to go by, this friendly match will be a very good platform for preparation just before the Boks go head to head against Kenya Harlequins on 20th January 2017 – a match that the Boks must win not only to keep ESS play off hopes alive but to protect Impala pride.
