Sepetuka 7s: Resolution Impala Saracens beat CUEA Monks
impala vs cuea sepetuka 2-6

CUEA’s Bremmer Namisi outpaced Ian Mabwa to scoring at the corner, sending the students 5 points ahead of the Gazelles. The lead would however last less than a minute. Mark Kwemoi & Timothy Makiya scored in quick succession. Although Oliech failed to convert Kwemoi’s try, his boot was perfect in sending the ball in between the posts after Makiya’s. Ian Mabwa made up for his outpacing earlier on in the first half when he burnt more than 30 metres to touching down at the try box. Oliech’s attempt at finding the posts went wide for a 17-5 half-time score-line.

Ian Mabwa tormented the CUEA defence again, scoring his brace. Oliech converted with finesse. Quinto Ongo would later on register his 2nd try of the 2017 National Sevens Circuit. Onsomu’s attempt at converting went short.
