For the first time ever, two teams whose headline sponsor is Resolution Insurance come face to face in Kenya’s top flight XV rugby competition: The Kenya Cup.
Resolution Insurance, who have been a supporting pillar to Impala Saracens currently sponsor newly promoted Kisii RFC. Through Group CEO – Peter Nduati, Resolution Insurance will today 13th January 2018 hand over a trophy to the winner of the Sponsor’s Derby.
Speaking to our media team, Resolution Insurance Group CEO and Impala Veteran, Mr. Peter Nduati said “We happen to be the only sponsor lucky enough to be in that position. The Resolution Cup, I believe should also inspire Kisii to stay in Kenya Cup.”
When asked who his money is on, he confirmed, “Impala should win because of the experience. Their back row, half backs and fullback have stood the test of time. I however expect a speed filled contest. Going by how Kisii have been playing, it should also be a close contest”
